Produce harvested within 24hrs of flight. Cleaned, sorted, and packed to airline standards.
Cold Chain Handoff
Products moved to refrigerated holding at ACC cargo terminal.

Packaged for
Global Compliance
Every shipment from Klenf Ltd meets the phytosanitary, customs, and food safety requirements of our destination markets. We handle documentation so you don't have to.
ISPM 15 Compliance
All wooden pallets and crating materials are heat-treated and stamped per International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15.
Food-Grade Packaging
Primary packaging uses food-safe polyethylene, vacuum-seal bags, and moisture-barrier laminates appropriate to each product type.
Labelling Standards
All export packages carry product name, net weight, country of origin, batch number, best-before date, and allergen declarations.
Fumigation Certificates
Methyl bromide or phosphine fumigation certificates issued for all sea freight consignments as required by destination country phytosanitary regulations.
Cold Chain Packaging
Frozen and chilled products use insulated liners, gel packs, and dry ice where required for air shipments. Reefer containers used for bulk cold-chain sea freight.
Custom Branding
Private label and co-branded packaging available for wholesale clients. MOQ applies. Lead time: 3–4 weeks for first order.
Quality at Every Checkpoint
Our 6-stage quality control process ensures that what arrives at your warehouse matches what you ordered — in condition, weight, and grade.
Farm Selection
We partner only with vetted farms that meet our agrochemical residue and post-harvest handling standards.
Harvest Inspection
Field agents inspect produce at point of harvest. Rejected lots are returned to the farmer.
Grading & Sorting
Produce is graded by size, weight, and quality grade. Export-grade only goes forward.
Processing & Packing
Cleaned, processed, and packed in our HACCP-aware facility. Batch numbers assigned.
Pre-Shipment Sampling
Random samples drawn for physical and microbial checks before container loading.
Documentation
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, and commercial invoice issued.
