African farmers sorting and grading fresh produce in an open-air warehouse, warm natural light, earthy tones, community atmosphere

Rooted in Africa.
Reaching the World.

Klenf Ltd was founded on a simple conviction: the diaspora deserves access to authentic, quality African food — and African farmers deserve access to global markets.

From a Single Shipment
to a Global Supply Chain

Klenf Ltd began in 2018 when our founder, frustrated by the lack of quality authentic Ghanaian produce available in UK African stores, organised a small personal shipment of yam and gari to family in Birmingham. The response was overwhelming.

Within a year, that personal shipment had grown into a structured export operation. We formalised our supply chain, partnered with farms in the Brong-Ahafo and Volta regions, and established processing and packaging facilities in Tema.

Today, Klenf Ltd serves grocery stores, restaurants, and institutional buyers across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa — with a growing portfolio of over 50 product lines and three freight modalities.

Our mission remains the same: connect authentic African food with the people who need it, wherever they are.
